Why?

Wild Rose Petals: Rose tea can help reduce anxiety, improve digestion, and may offer some relief from menstrual cramps.
Lavender:Lavender tea is often used for its calming and therapeutic properties, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and potentially alleviate headaches.
Elderflower: Elderflower tea is known for its potential immune-boosting properties, helping to support the body's defences against colds and flu.
Meadowsweet: Meadowsweet has been traditionally used for digestive issues, particularly diarrhoea, and may also help with joint pain and inflammation.
Marshmallow Root: Marshmallow root is known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help ease coughs, sore throats, and gastrointestinal discomfort.

When to drink and how often
Infuse one heaped teaspoon of loose herbs per cup of boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes, strain, cool and enjoy. Drink one to three cups per day. Do not exceed recommended amount. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place.

Recommended Infusion Guide

Quantity
It is quite strong and you really only need a tiny pinch for a robust flavour. We recommend 0.5g per 150ml of water.

For the optimum infusion use 100°C water.

Leave for 5 minutes, strain, cool and enjoy

Infusion
You can infuse these herbs at least three times. With each careful infusion, different subtleties of flavour are revealed.
